“ In the parking lot of Lucky Corner convenience store, you'll find a food truck that serves Nicaraguan food. It was my 1st time stopping at this food truck. The manager and cook was very friendly and patiently explained each dish. He even offered samples. I had never eaten Nicaraguan food, so I was excited to try something new. I ordered the Chancho con Yuca plate, which is marinate pork served with yuca and lightly pickled cabbage. The meat and the yuca were cooked until tender. Everything was well seasoned and flavorful. It turned out to be an absolute tasty dish. I will certainly recommend this place. I will be back. Come check them out for yourself! ”

Hands down better than anything we’ve had from CA and a fraction of the cost. Good size portions and made fresh . Their food is great and their aguas frescas were delicious ! “ Real, authentic Nicaraguan food in San Antonio! The food is good and is the closest to real Nica flavor that I've found here in SA. We had the carne asada plate which comes with gallo pinto, tajadas, queso frito and ensalada. You can order the plate with grilled beef, chicken, pork or a mix of those meats. The beef was good. The pork was not that good. Everything else was on point though! We also ordered the tajadas con queso frito y carne asada and that was good as well. To drink we had the cebada and it was delicious! We will definitely be coming back to try more of the items on the menu especially the nacatamales. The customer service was good. We were greeted very nicely and had a quick conversation with the gentlemen working. We were told that they've been open for 4 months. ”
